Configuring Email Applications

This document describes how to set up and troubleshoot an email application like Outlook, Outlook Express, or Windows Mail to work on Broadband Surfer Canada’s network.
Outlook 2003 will be used as an example, but the process is similar for most email apps.

Note that the email used in this example, customer@canadasurfs.ca, was created specifically for this document – feel free to contact us at support@canadasurfs.com or at 780-686-7873.

To access email accounts, look in the menus for an account or email account option.
In Outlook, it is under the Tools menu, when clicked brings up the Email Accounts window.
